What the online ad says and what tenants actually receive
October 28, 2018I am truly disappointed in this complex as the way is it is run and the false advertisement they have on the website. No social worker to help residents to receive supplemental assistance. No activities, no public transportation, no help from management. The 2nd floor has a printer that has not been fixed and and the property manager is aware of it and yet has yet call someone to fix it. Bocce court has rotten wood that needs to be replaced. If you don't have a car, but are active, and ...looking for social activities all the time this is not the place to go to. And property manager, Elizabeth, does nothing for the seniors that are active and want to have social programs at Chatham Pointe.Property Manager Responded
