Horrible Management

I've been living here for over 5 years now, to be honest it's the best apartment complex but I could not complain the rent is decent and one of the pros here is the friendly management and crew ( Abe, Mariel, Anna, Nancy, Alejandro ... ) until someone above in this company assigned this kid her name is Claudia. Ever since she got the manager office you could tell the difference (in a bad way), and even when me or my neighbors tried to go to Claudia to talk to her and address some issues we had it ...
was useless. Claudia is person with lack of experience, lack of customer service and not a person you can deal with, she has no character very rude and insecure.
I don't this I will be here much longer if this management under Claudia will keep operating the way it is now. I heard many complain from good neighbors about her too and they are moving out soon.
I hope someone will fix this terrible mistake soon and assign a professional person instead Claudia.

Horrible Do Not Live Here

We have lived here for 2 years. The manager whwn we moved in was veey helpful. The new one is not at all. This place is overrun with roaches. Horrible neighbors who are constantly blasting mariachie music at all house. Even past 2am on a week day! No rules are observed here at all. Police gang unit is constantly on property looking for drug dealers. Our car was damaged once, some ripped off the back windshield wiper for no reason. Other car broken into. Do Not Move Here! You've been warned.
