July 10, 2025Great location, good staff, apartment condition is showing its age and could use some upgrading. Old dish washer with rusty rack, windows/doors that don't seal and makes AC run constantly, bug problem during summer, water usage seems excessive just to name a few issues we ran into.Property Manager Responded

June 11, 2025Chazal has been great for 3 years now Maintenance is always swift and the pool area is typically well kept. Having the gym open 24/7 is a huge plus and it is never really too busy. April 24, 2025Great place to live. First of all, it’s right next to a greenway with lots of walking paths. It’s nice and you can feel a little bit of nature even though living in a big city. Next, the staff at Chazal are great! They go out of their way to help you and are always friendly. The maintenance men are always so helpful and efficient. They respond really fast.
