I’ve lived at Chazal Apartments for a few years and think it’s a great place to live. First, it’s right next to a big greenway that gives you a bit of nature in a big city. Second, the grounds are kept clean and it feels safe. Last, it has great, friendly, helpful staff. All these reasons have made me stay so long.

One thing that really stands out is the maintenance team; work orders are handled quickly and the turnaround time has been impressive every time I’ve needed something fixed. The location of this community is perfect and affordable, on my limited income. It's centrally located for all the businesses and my shopping needs. The grounds are well-kept. In under three months, this place has been a absolute nightmare. A broken microwave took nearly two weeks to fix, leaking pipes have led to mold in the wood cabinets in the bathroom, and there are frequent bug problems and stray cats roaming the property. Move-in issues included poorly done sink caulking that caused countertop damage, a closet track pulling out of the floor, and an absurdly loud AC unit. When it rains, my apartment entrance floods. The gym equipment is often broken, with ...
dysfunctional treadmills and elliptical units. Worst of all, the walls are paper thin and you hear everything, especially cars revving through the neighborhood. Management is completely indifferent and essentially told me “too bad” when I raised these issues, refusing to address the problems or adjust the lease in any way. This is easily one of the worst living experiences I’ve had in the past five years. Do not waste your money or your quality of life by living here.
