So unorganized
March 17, 2020From the management all the way down to the maintenance, is unorganized. If I didn’t have nice furniture my apartment would be a hot mess. Maintenance has been in my apartment over 10 times within a month and haven’t fixed anything they were suppose to be fixing. The management will lie to you and tell you she had no idea about certain things when in fact she just sucks at communicating. I wish I had looked a little longer. Horrible Manager
November 22, 2018I am a current resident of Sterling Villas and all of the things that make this place horrible are fixable, SMP just needs to fix them. The manager Deborah has poor customer service and she’s very rude. SMP should realize how she treats tenants and future tenants shows how they run their company, which from what I can see is not so well. We had our apartment flood due to their negligence and rusty pipes. The plumber they sent advised that we not stay in the apartment because we could not use the ...toilets, any sinks, or the washer. We followed his advice and were later told by the manager Deborah that we would not be reimbursed for the hotel. The way she treated us during this entire order was horrible. My family was greatly inconvenienced because of their negligence and Deborah would not even try to be of any help. She was just happy she wasn’t the one dealing with it. I reported her but I’m not confident that anything will be done about her unprofessionalism or her attitude. Our lease will be up soon so Deborah along with the roaches and ants can have this place. Bugs!!!!
August 1, 2018The outside is very muddy and when it rains it floods in front of your door. Roaches are everywhere no matter how clean your home is. When they evict tenants they leave all of the trash and belongings in the parking lot making it look very embarrassing especially if you are having guests. Stay away !Review from Apartments.com

Broken promises
October 10, 2016I have lived in Chelsea's place for a little over a year now. Everything was fine at first very quiet neighborhood other but now it seems like EVERYTHING is breaking down.I'm putting in an work order every week. And If the come out to fix it it's only a patchwork job until the next time. And if they can not fix the problem "It's Normal wear and tear". initially when they took over the residents were told they were going to "Remodel" Oh Ok still haven't seen anything close to it....all they have ...done is add a play ground...sooo i guess that's what they call "Remodeling". September 26, 2015The apartments are wonderful! I didn't image it would look this good. I can't really say anything to bad about the apartments. I have encountered some problems that were fixed as soon as I notified them. The living carpet was wet by the water heater area. They fixed it as soon as I notified them. I also noticed the kitchen sink was leaking around the faucet and the shower head. They fixed it the same day. I have noticed some bugs here and there but pest control comes every Friday to spray around ...the entire unit.
