The office staff certainly made me feel at home. They all were very accommodating in assisting me get my move on! And all this with a smile. It was as if they truly enjoyed their job at Chelsea Place. The grounds are cleaned and well-maintained.i haven’t had the opportunity to walk the premises yet, but look forward to doing so within the week once settled. The tenants? All walks of life. Respectful. Hopefully living their best lives. I think I’m going to enjoy living here.

Just moved into a different unit it’s a nice space and the balcony is an decent size… However the corners of the carpets are already lifting the drains aren’t draining properly and the ac stopped working the first day.

The office staff are so friendly. The property is quiet and feels safe. It is so beautiful with lots of flowers and the reflective pond. I love all of the amenities including pickleball courts, community garden, and gym. When I walked into my apartment for the first time it was so clean & no worries at all. Chelsea Place is a peaceful place to live!

When I moved in, I noted the carpet was damaged on the move in condition form. This form was signed by managment. Now it's time to move out and they want to charge me to replace the carpet without giving any explination. Additionally, they rounded up heavily on what they want to charge me. They state the carpet cost $273.90 and has a 60 month life expectancy. Their math says this means the carpet costs $4.66 per month. $273.90 / 60 months would mean the carpet costs $4.57 per month. I'm also not ...
sure my unit was brought up to current building codes when it was remodeled as there is not any exhaust fan or window in the bathroom, which gave the apartment, specifically the carpet, a wonderful damp/musty smell that I'm still trying to get out of my clothes a several weeks after moving out.
