September 8, 2025The staff, amenities, and community events are all wonderful. However, the interior of my apartment could use a touch-up. Paint is peeling, lvt flooring is coming up, doors don't fit in door frames properly... It's an old building so I understand some of the issues but other issues are just from trying to pinch pennies. The exterior of the building could use a touch-up too. Patio bushes, grass near patios, flowers, etc. are non-existent. The sprinklers don't work properly and create puddles in ...the middle of sidewalks. Grilling stations are very minimal as well. They could use some love.Property Manager Responded
