Good location but noisy and poor communication

These are newer apartments close to the 500 which was very convenient. Since it is at the bottom of a hill, the road noise can be very bad. We never had any problems with utilities or repairs but we did have two issues:
- When we moved in and out, the management didn't mention any cleaning charge and gave the impression that we wouldn't have to pay a cleaning charge if we cleaned well so we spent the whole day cleaning only to have $215 of cleaning fees taken from our deposit. They made no ...
mention of this after they did the move-out inspection and would not admit that they didn't communicate well.
- Our car was towed because we parked in the office parking spot because the office was closed down at this location. The management didn't make any attempt to contact us or let us know that we couldn't park there even though the office was shut down.
Because of the poor communication, I would recommend only dealing with this management company if you are extra careful to clarify all charges.
