Nice place to live but...
October 21, 2023Apartment is great, staff is great. Got stuck next door to a noisy tenant (thumping bass ALL DAY LONG) Really a shame, I like the place but will probably move.Review from Apartments.com
Trash service from front desk and maintenance
August 30, 2022Water leaking from ceiling and they did nothing. The whole place smells like mold and we had fleas the whole time I was there. The office worker is condescending and doesn't know how to talk to people with respect. Don't live hereReview from Apartments.com
Bugs and bedbugs everywhere.
December 6, 2017Honestly I paid my rent on time every single months.They give me 30 days notice to vacate. I ask them what did i do and told them that I wanted to sign an new list they said no they needed their apartment back to increase the rent. Definitely not for long term to stay. Before ur contract is over start looking for another place to stay. They will force you out at an short period of time. ALSO BED BUGS EVERYWHERE.Property Manager Responded
April 10, 2018This is not our community... We preinspect all apartments to ensure no resident moves in with any type of bugs. We also have pest control that visit our community twice a month and deal with any issues. Our leases go month to month when your original lease is over with no penalty. We do not force any good resident out as we have about 40% long term residents at our community
