My brother just moved into a unit here and I am appalled at the condition! He had to move out of his old place because the building was closing. Due to his work schedule and commute being the bus line, his options were limited. The building itself is an old motel that was converted to apartments. His unit was so filthy dirty upon move it that he couldn't even unpack anything for the kitchen because the cabinets were so nasty. isn't secure, the chain for the front door is barely attached, It appears it was recently painted and there is paint drips all over the flooring, and the previous tenant couldn't disconnect their cable so they just cut the cable so my brother can't even get cable without paying for repairs. And that is just a few of the issues! How is this even legal to rent to someone!!!! This is literally one step away from living on the street! I HAVE to find him some place else to live.
