    1. Very close to highway, so it's super loud if you have your windows open. 2. The water tastes chemically, so you'll need a filtered pitcher to drink or cook with. 3. Horrible neighborhood - just this weekend, someone drove by and ripped the railing off the steps downstairs. It is NOT SAFE. 4. When you are moving out, they bring people through, but it's hard for them to find renters, so you'll have tons of people in your apartment. We aren't moving for another month, but we've already had ...
    fifteen people tromping through our apartment, even on Saturday! You can find better accommodations at the same price or cheaper elsewhere. Save your time and money and don't choose this one.

      We are sorry that your experience at Cherry Tree has not been pleasant recently. We are located near the interstate which can be loud (but also very convenient), and we are on City of Madison water. Unfortunately, certain events such as vandalism are beyond our control, but we ensure these types of incidents are addressed quickly and appropriately. We strive hard to make sure the apartments are managed well, and they are a great opportunity for many renters.

    The actual apartment I rented was charming, but outdated. The loft provided a non-typical layout and ample space for a single renter. Kitchens and floors could use significant updates and remodels. Be sure to take your time completing the check-in form before your belongings are moved into the unit. As a single female renter, the unit/neighborhood is not ideal. Due to the low rental rates (related to proximity to the highway), the building attracts a tough crowd. There have been many instances ...

  • Great place and location

    Very close location to sun prairie, and east Madison. Close to all amenities including shopping centers and grocery stores such as woodman's and Aldi's. Easy driving distance from Madison technical college. Great neighborhood and surrounded by several hotels. Lease owners are very easy to talk to and make sure all help is given. Apartments are clean and very simple to make into a home.
