Whitham Ave. offers one- and two-bedroom layouts in Fayetteville. The one-bedroom, one-bath townhome has 550 square feet and rents for $750 per month with a 12-month lease. The two-bedroom, one-and-a-half-bath layout has 784 square feet and rents for $975 per month with a 12-month lease. Wi-Fi is included. The Leverett & Maple stop for Razorback Transit Route 26 Peak is approximately 0.3 mile away on foot. Walmart at 616 N. Garland Ave. is approximately 0.4 mile away on foot for groceries and pharmacy services. Wilson Park at 675 N. Park Ave. is approximately 0.3 mile away by the mapped walking route using the Razorback Greenway/Scull Creek Trail; the park also has a paved 0.9-mile loop. Distances are approximate.
