January 31, 2025I truly love my apartment & how excellent the maintenance crew is. They have done a very good job & care that the problem is taken care of. I would like to give a special thanks to Chad & the crew that came with him to work my tickets on the upkeep of my apartment. I apologize for not remembering the other two maintenance men that came with him. All, did a very thorough job. I truly am grateful & thankful for the neighbors that I have. January 27, 2025Neighborhood is pretty great for families with kids. There is a lot of noise that travels between apartments but other than that, we have found it pretty kid friendly.Property Manager Responded

January 12, 2025First night in apartment and the furnace stopped working!!! Maintenance said they would have someone come out next week and replace it. It below 30 degrees outside and I have no heat. Maintenance said they would bring me a heater showed up with a 6" heater for the entire apartment!!! Thank God I have electric blanket. wasn't able to see apartment before move in day because of maintenance being in the apartment, don't know what they were doing because so much is messed up. Washer does drain ...properly,light switch is hard to flip, GFCI in kitchen trips when anything is plugged in. Switch in living room is actually missing!!!!!. All this in first 2 Days of living here. December 21, 2024I love my apartment.It's nice and cozy.It's perfect for me.I have a one bad dream.I couldn't ask for anything better.The rents extremely high.I don't think it's worth the amount they ask for but overall I like it hereProperty Manager Responded
