This place is a JOKE there is NO INTERNET SERVICE unless you pay for it.. There are more COCKROACHES & MOLD than there is people living here.. AIR CONDITIONING IS NOT INCLUDED.. Eletric HEAT IS NOT INCLUDED.. The INTERCOMS DON"T WORK... The place they call the FITNESS CENTER is a nice LOOKING FEATURE none of the FITNESS EQUIPMENT DON"T WORK at all.. They say there is assighned parking... THAT"S NOT TRUE at all... Your VISITORS have to park in the back of the building and walk around the whole ...
building just to get in or use the BROKEN INTERCOM.. If your company don't have a cell phone you won't be able to let them in unless you go downstairs in the back to let them in.. People are sitting in the back parking lot at night having sex, doing drugs, Cars had Tires and Rims Stolen.. Every light in the hallways have dead cockroaches in them.. The Front entrance looks like a Jungle the Landscape here is a disgrace.. When it rains out the Front entrance builds up a few inches of water you need boots just to walk through the water to ener the building.. Every time the water builds up in the front of the building it FLOODS THE BASEMENT.. People are always getting STUCK IN THE ELEVATOR.. The elevator was broken for 3 months and the manager was laughing about the old people taking out there garbage, laundry, and grocerys.. The elevator hasn't been INSPECTED SCENCE 2011.. I been looking for a new apartment but l can't move until my lease runs out in March... l wouldn't recomend this place to a HOMELESS PERSON... Oh yeah we have HOMELESS PEOPLE sleeping in the Laundry Room, The Fitness Room, and the Stairway.. I CAN"T WAIT TO MOVE OUT OF THIS DUMP...... I only took this place cause l needed a place fast and it was available at the time ... The Manager made it sound so nice when l came here....
