The most attractive apartments in the world don't mean anything without decent management and staff. I want to give a shout out to newcomer Timothy for the timely same day response to my late service request. When you see him, he is always working. I do not want to leave out veteran Antonio, another hard working individual. Literally, these guys always seem to be working. At times, after their regularly scheduled shifts. they always try to be pleasant even when they are tired.
Management has always been straight forward and timely to the best of their ability and strive to keep up the appearance of the place. I know of people living in other complexes who complain about management giving nothing but broken promises and excuses and maintenance staff either always fixing things improperly or taking forever to even respond. I feel fortunate.
Sometimes we as tenants are always really quick to complain, but slow to take a moment when deserved to say, "Hey, nice job". Hats off to this Southern Management community.
