Poor management and infested with cockroaches
April 25, 2020This place is terrible. Management is even worse! We’re managed by AWI (always with integrity) that’s a joke. They are THE WORST company to be managed by. They put bandaids over everything. And don’t fix a dam thing. We’ve been infested with cockroaches for 3 YEARS! And they still haven’t done anything about it. They spray once and think it cures it. But it doesn’t! Not to mention the bugs were here when we moved in! We didn’t bring them. The whole complex is infested with roaches. The washer and ...dryer in our building has been broken for almost a yr. and they won’t fix it or replace it. The supervisor Jeniffer, she’s a joke. You can call and leave voicemails and she won’t ever call you back. Complete lack of professionalism. Do not live here unless it’s your last resort.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
