become aware of the crime done on their property.It has been asked of them by victims to at least set up some kind of neighborhood watch or conduct a safe meeting, it has also been disregarded.The security gates have been open for the last year, this may encourage criminals on the property knowing there is hastily enter & exit. They don’t compromise taking into consideration that we work hard to acquire our possessions,after it happens management still makes you pay your full rent they have been going up on rates, regardless of how much trash that is outside around the property, they have not pressure washed our stairs in 1 year & 1/2 to be truthful. I promise it’s embarrassing if you want to have company come over to visit do to how nasty & trashy the stairs. These apartments are infested with roaches, vents create mold and when you ask them to come change your vents because of your concern with your health due to the mold Gwan&Angie try to tell you that it is not mold & have the audacity to tell you that it’s your job to clean the mold off the vents. When you give them Work orders and even place it on their desk yourself to come fix anything at your apartment they “so call” loose your work orders and or will mark your work order as completed, when they never even tried to come to fix it! Oh At this point I’m not sure if it is maintenance or Angie & Gwan that is being malicious, but what I do know that they have gotten way to comfortable with how they are not upkeeping this place. I guess because Angie the manager loves to state how close she is with the main line of the corporate office when you call to make a complaint! If you call corporate it will be a waste of your time I promise because they are in cohoots & your messages will only be directed back to her office, she has even said it herself! You really have to hold their hand & keep calling them or physically go into the office to get help with anything, trust this is not the living experience that you want. .
