This is an inclusive apartment, which means there are tenants with developmental disabilities who live here. This creates a really welcoming atmosphere where neighbours are friendly to each other. Also a great location, close to shopping, transit, etc. Very well maintained building with property managers who are friendly.

It is great for so many reasons. first is that it is close to everything you want to go to. It is mostly very quiet the neighbors are very helpful and nice. we get help from the landlord when we need the help for something that is broken or damaged. Nice quality apartment that is spacious enough for 2 people. the most important part: it is very safe here! No break ins have happened in any suites.
