April 29, 2024Cicero Estates are close to 81 shopping and restaurants. The grounds are well maintained. The rent is reasonable. If something needs to be fixed it get fixed even if on a Sunday.Review from Apartments.com

Terrible
September 27, 2021Will post more detailed review when I can finally move out. You get what you pay for - terrible quality of life. Landlord never has time to fix anything. Complex is so old and run down, you can hear EVERYTHING from neighbors through paper thin walls and floor boards. There's no peace and quiet or privacy here. I knew when looking it was to good to be true with the price. Worst place I've ever lived.Review from Apartments.com
Cicero Estates, Love it.
February 20, 2020I live in a 1 bedroom first floor apartment. The complex is tucked away on Pardee Road but close to all the shopping you need and very close to I81. The apartment is very nice and they take good care of the complex. We have a laundry room with updated appliances. Slider door out to patio. Tim (owner) and Deb (complex manager) are great people. They both truly care and that's probably why people want to live here. I'm glad i am here.Review from Apartments.com
