April 30, 2025 - Review from Apartments.comThis complex offers great amenities, a small private gym, and small indoor venue area to host a get together. It is a short walk to the Millcreek community pool. They always have maintenance ready to go 24/7 even in the middle of the night. All of the staff is very friendly and tries to meet your needs as much as they can. They have been renovating each area and the apartments one by one. They are currently in the process of putting in a brand new parking lot.

Julie and Randy are so kind and friendly, the community is kind, and we loved our apartment. We were on the 6th floor, surrounded by many other tenants, and NEVER heard any noise from any neighbors. That was the most amazing part. We now live in another place where we have only one neighbor and hear them all the time and we often talk about how much we miss ...Cider Mill! :( You won't be disappointed. The apartments have great storage, lighting, floor plans and very spacious balconies! I always loved coming home from work and sitting on my patio after a long day at work. Maintence is super quick and the leasing office is so helpful! Most of the units are renovated and kitchen and bathroom are great sizes for a one bedroom. Large balcony for all units is an added plus, you can fit a good amount of furniture on it with no problem. Very secure building and a safe area. Will for sure miss living here!
