This complex offers great amenities, a small private gym, and small indoor venue area to host a get together. It is a short walk to the Millcreek community pool. They always have maintenance ready to go 24/7 even in the middle of the night. All of the staff is very friendly and tries to meet your needs as much as they can. They have been renovating each area and the apartments one by one. They are currently in the process of putting in a brand new parking lot.

I've had a great experience renting at Cidermill! From the very beginning, the team was professional, responsive, and incredibly helpful. The application process was smooth and transparent, and any questions I had were answered promptly.
The apartment itself was well-maintained, clean, and exactly as advertised. Maintenance requests were always handled quickly and efficiently, which made a big difference in day-to-day comfort.
What stood out most to me was how much they seemed to genuinely care ...
about their tenants. It felt more like a partnership than just a rental agreement. I truly appreciated the clear communication and the overall sense of reliability throughout my lease.

Cider Mill is located in such a great spot-close to everything Erie has to offer and nestled in a park-like setting surrounded by trees and green space. The building is renovated and the maintenance and management team really care about residents and fixing any issues quickly.

Our experience at Cider Mill was amazing. It was the first little home my fiance and I had together and we loved every aspect of the place. Julie and Randy are so kind and friendly, the community is kind, and we loved our apartment. We were on the 6th floor, surrounded by many other tenants, and NEVER heard any noise from any neighbors. That was the most amazing part. We now live in another place where we have only one neighbor and hear them all the time and we often talk about how much we miss ...

Absolutely amazing place to live! I fell in love with the apartment as soon as I did my showing and signed a lease right there. The apartments have great storage, lighting, floor plans and very spacious balconies! I always loved coming home from work and sitting on my patio after a long day at work. Loved living here! Central air and heat is amazing to have and not a lot of places I looked at around here have it. Maintence is super quick and the leasing office is so helpful! Most of the units are renovated and kitchen and bathroom are great sizes for a one bedroom. Large balcony for all units is an added plus, you can fit a good amount of furniture on it with no problem. Very secure building and a safe area.
Will for sure miss living here!
