August 1, 2024I’ve lived at Cielo for about a month now and it’s been great. My apartment is super nice and spacious. The appliances and cabinets are new. Zero issues with heating or cooling. I never hear neighbor noise through the walls. The parking garage is convenient and the rent is reasonable. DTC is a nice area to live in too. Great place to live!
February 9, 2024I lived at Cielo now for a couple years. The location is great! You're walking distance to everything. If you don't feel like driving downtown or taking an Uber. The Light Rail is only 2 blocks away. I've really never had any issues in my apartment. When I have, the office manager Kira has made that whatever it is gets handled right away. May 26, 2023I've enjoyed my time at Cielo so far! I love the proximity to so many great restaurants, the dog park, and various green spaces. My apartment is quiet, spacious, and I feel made with quality; and the amenities are fantastic. CAR THEFT, HOMELESS, UNSECURE
May 1, 2023Car theft is a MAJOR CURRENT problem here. There are homeless camped outside on beds, couches, and trailers who have a free load into the building, literally they live AT and IN Cielo. The building is not secure. The garage has been broken for years, now they have left it open. Instead of fixing the problem, Cielo has propped open the garage permanently. There are also other ways in the building for them that are easy accessible. If you call Signal 88 they will often refuse to come out because ...Cielo downgraded to only have them during certain hours. When you try to post about the car break ins or descriptions of the people, Cielo deletes the posts. Residents have been attacked or chased by these homeless people. The building also has a severe mold problem. I would not live here!Property Manager Responded

April 3, 2023Cielo apartments are updated and in a nice location with nearby bars and restaurants. You have easy access to the highway and light rail if you wish to venture out of DTC.
