The building hasn't had hot water in 5 days...... all management has done is "thank us for our patience". They won't reply to any communications from residents about the situation either. If you're looking in the area, either right across from Cielo is Camden, or right behind it you have Cierra Crest. Zero issues with heating or cooling. I never hear neighbor noise through the walls. The parking garage is convenient and the rent is reasonable. DTC is a nice area to live in too. If you don't feel like driving downtown or taking an Uber. The Light Rail is only 2 blocks away. I've really never had any issues in my apartment.
