Poor Management
August 28, 2025The apartment is fine, nothing special to it, old appliances. However, management couldn't care less about residents. The building hasn't had hot water in 5 days...... all management has done is "thank us for our patience". They won't reply to any communications from residents about the situation either. If you're looking in the area, either right across from Cielo is Camden, or right behind it you have Cierra Crest. I'd recommend either of these communities before coming to Cielo.Property Manager Responded

I never hear neighbor noise through the walls. The parking garage is convenient and the rent is reasonable. DTC is a nice area to live in too. Great place to live!
February 9, 2024I lived at Cielo now for a couple years. The location is great! You're walking distance to everything. If you don't feel like driving downtown or taking an Uber. The Light Rail is only 2 blocks away. I've really never had any issues in my apartment. When I have, the office manager Kira has made that whatever it is gets handled right away.
