You cannot get any maintenance/repairs done. They never or very rarely have somebody working in the office to assist you. They charge separately for water and additional for hot water, and the water is turned off, all the freaking time ! without warning!! It’s always a “emergency” so they don’t need to let you know… they sell themselves as a luxury apartment.. but the truth is they’re slumlords… yes, the inside of their new remodel apartments do appear very nice.. and I understand your moving ...

The Equinox on 5th are very nicely remodeled kitchen and bathrooms have amazing looking granite counter tops with double sinks in the bath room. The office staff Isabel is on top if getting things fone when asked. The maintenance many Handy Manny as I call him comes and takes care of repairs as fast as needed. They both do an amazing job at making sure the residences as fast as needed to be done. The pool is super big and safely gated to keep kiddos out so their safe. I would definitely refer ...

Gets worse each year

Lived here three years and will not renew again. The biggest issue is the front office. There are tons of time during the day that the office is empty and you cant find someone on the property for help. Sure you can call, if they respond. When you do talk to them they dont do anything. Its also never clear who people are. Over my years here there has been three main managers and I dont even know who else works the office. There is no notice or clear change so its always confusing for everyone ...
involved. Things you thought were being taken care of got lost in the shift and suddenly you are back to square one. My front door was installed crooked and it took months to get them to fix it so I didnt have to body slam it to shut it. The 'fix' was to install a part and now its open. My apartment is very cold and bugs can easily get in. They also make it impossible to have wifi. The wifi they offer doesnt work well and they wont assist you with it. They are now in the process of stopping, or at least slowing down, the process of me getting my own wifi. In the age of working from him this has affected my job and studies.

Art is an amazing Manager Compassionate and Caring

Our Situation was complex. I had spent 4 grand in Air B&Bs since oct 2. Art was easy to talk to, accommodating, understanding, and caring. Art went above and beyond to understand our circumstances. He also gave us a move in deal. Our Apartment was really clean with brand new appliances. We were told if we had any issues to let Art know right away. The first 2 weeks has been Great . Thanks Equinox and Art.
