I absolutely love living at Cimarron Apartments! The apartments are spacious, clean, and feel like home. The staff is always friendly, helpful, and quick to respond whenever I need something. The community is quiet and well-maintained, and it’s easy to get around since it’s close to shopping, dining, and major roadways. I have lived here 15 years and I love my house!! Great neighbors, our pool is awesome, they've been doing upgrades for us tenants, good maintenance, and we have a play area for the kids. My manager is awesome and I enjoy my living space, it spacious and my comfort zone.

Great property

I have lived here for approximately 4 months and the property is kept up pretty well. The apartment manager is awesome in notifying everyone with upcoming projects. They just upgraded the electrical in the apartments. And I have also heard of future upgrades coming to the property.

I love that they do care about the property, they are starting to update everything to make it look better, I've lived here for a few years and have no complaints whatsoever. I like the property manager too, Charee stays on top of things to the best of her ability. And they are not done as far as updating. I'm looking forward to that. Just because I don't own a place doesn't mean I can't make it my place, and that I am doing. So yes ì wish they had more then 5 stars.

It,s a nice bigger apartment. The big patio is at the entrance of the apartment. he apartment is a bi-level. The livingroom is off to the right when you enter and stairs that lead down to the dinning room on left and kitchen on the right. Floors are coo to the touch they are ceramic. It has 2 bedroom , 2 bathrooms one has a large closet instead of a shower/tub. The bathroom with closet s a great place to go when it storms and great for storage also. It has a laundry room on site it also ...
has a swimming pool which can only be accessed by a key. It does have central air and heating. When I first moved in the first month rent is free. Friendly manager and maintence people. Close to restaurants and shopping stores. Centrally located for your convence.
