I have lived her for over 2 years due to school district. The office is rude (Liza and Rosie). Their is dog poop everywhere. They let anyone and everyone in. Everyone’s kids are running around wild hitting other people’s kids and cars. People are so loud. I can hear my neighbors daughter continuously sing lady Gaga songs! My sons bedroom is not quiet for bed time due to neighbors. They do not put money back into the community. Anyone with an eviction or broken lease seems to be accepted. I can ...
not wait to get out of this place.

Awesome place to live.

My roommates and I were looking for something spacious and updated. and this is exactly what we were looking for. The staff is very friendly, when you need something to get fix they are always on top of it. The rooms are an amazing size, and if you like to have friends over the open layout gives you the ability to be in the kitchen yet interacting with your guest. They also have special events for holidays which gives you a chance to interact with your neighbors. We really enjoy our apartment. ...

It is our first time to work abroad. Everything is really new to us. We are just so thankful and lucky that we were able to reside at Cimarron Courts. When our employer knew that we live in Cimarron Courts they decided to assign us to Veterans Memorial High School and everything went well. We love Cimarron Courts because it is near to almost everything....to our place of work, to the church that we go to, to grocery and food stores, to the bus station and many others. My First Apartment, and I'm in love

In June, I moved back to Corpus Christi after some time away for work, and immediately began for places to live alone that would be safe, affordable and close to work. For some reason, this apartment complex never came up in my internet searches, but on a drive around town one afternoon, I drove by and saw that there was a moving special going on. I stopped in the next day, and was given a tour of the exact unit that was available to me: quiet corner building, new appliances, fresh countertop, ...
new carpet & paint, and updated fixtures. Not to mention the open floor plan and spacious closet...I fell in love immediately! I applied for the apartment that afternoon and moved in just a couple of weeks later, and I have been so pleased ever since. The staff knows me by name, and even when I had issues with the air conditioner upon moving in, all of the issues were resolved in a timely manner and without complaint. I don't know the last time that I had to call something in. I also try to enter the little raffles and contests going on, and in December won a month of free rent! The management goes above and beyond to ensure that their residents are happy and treated fairly. I have recommended this complex to friends, and fortunately, two have recently taken me up on it and are moving in this weekend! I am very happy here, and am so happy that a little drive around town led me here!

No better place than cimmarron court

Cimarron Court is the first apartment complex that I have ever seen act so hospitable and friendly. Here, you have the front office wave at you as you walk to your car and ask you how you're doing. The staff consistently goes out of their way to provide a friendly and loving community by hosting events over the holidays and fun contests to get you excited. They are also very good about listening to any of your concerns. Our apartment here is beautiful and there really is nothing that we have to ...

It is my first time to be away from my country and the first thing I need to look for is a place to stay. Cimarron court has given me the best experience living in a comfortable and peaceful way. The ammenities and the staff were awesome. The place is accessible and strategic. I never had a problem with Cimarron Court. Definitely, it is a place we can consider our home.
