September 19, 2025Great place to live I've been living here a little over 8 year's and I feel that every year it has gotten a little better each year. The only thing iI feel that needs to be improved is handicap parking, knowing that they have 6 people within 4 buildings they only have 3 handicap parking spots, and when they just repainted the parking lots. Otherwise very well managed and all the personal staff are very nice, and easy to work with. Amazing place to live
December 8, 2022The staff is amazing, the Maitence team always does an amazing job and goes above and beyond, without having to ask. Any thing you need the office staff is always willing to try and help. The property itself is huge, lots of space, the apartments may be older but one of the best places around Eagan in my opinion. The apartments are well maintained, love that there is a washer and dryer in unit!! Stay FAR Away
June 13, 2021I can’t write the review I want due to character limits BUT absolutely do not sign a lease with them- I like to call this place a “last resort” complex. Garages have no gutters so the doors are constantly frozen shut and I’ve had to call-in to work, reschedule plans, and call the office/maintenance several times to try and get the problem fix but ended up surrendering the garage. Maintenance will let themselves into your apartment as they please. Outdated. Hallways stink 24/7. LOUD!!! The ...management/office people are rude and could care less.
