April 8, 2018This is one of those times I wish the review had 0.000000000 stars as a rating tool. If your one for game playing..... If you like peace and comfort and safety and professionalism with the community and Management, maybe you should look somewhere else. Management bothers tenants rather excessively. To rest and enjoy peace in your apartment is hard to do here. In one year from management we received over 10 notices of entry for problems they need to fix regarding thier apartments, it has ...nothing to do with us. Everybody gets this happening here. The question is, when are you going to fix "all" the problems. It's just not safe and quiet here....those are whole other issues that would take to long to write about. Bed Bugs!!!
March 30, 2017I would warn anyone looking at this to stay away from theses apartments! Our 1st week there both my kids were bit all over their body's I had to take them to urgent care. I told management and they had someone come out 2 days later! And they must have hired the cheapest exterminator out there because after having to pack everything that I had just unpacked back into bags and remove furniture etc.. they still didn't get rid of the problem! It was so bad that they scheduled exterminator to come ...out again 2 weeks later but in the meantime me and my kids were expected to stay and suffer! being that this all took place the very 1st night we stood there I asked management for a refund of rent and deposit and they simply refused and were very mean about it. Very careless about the tenants! We stood another night and even took video if I could upload to this site I would so you guys can see how many bedbugs were everywhere! I Couldn't put my children through another night we left that night at 2 am and slept in our car! I should have listen to other tenants who seen me moving in when they warned me that apartment was infested with bed bugs! Although I did mention to management about what neighbors had told management still insisted and told me they were pitty people upset because they weren't allowed to dig in trashcans.
