    View and location are the bread and butter of this place. I love to be in the city and feel part of it so this place is perfect for that, just make sure your apartment is facing the truist fields and not the train tracks.

    Completely happy with the community with the exception of dog barking and messes not managed by dog owners. Generally quiet community and responsive management and maintainence staff.

    Residence is nice, love our apartment and the view of the city. Front door by the concierge is constantly left open because the door sticks.

    All in all Circa Uptown is a great place to live. The staff are so sweet, friendly, and helpful. The maintenance you never have to wait a long time for. They are also very friendly and professional, and help answer any questions you may have. The only downside is guests having to pay for parking on event days and the parking garage gate on third street never works

    The office staff are great people. Concierge is amazing also. Love walking in and being greeted by their friendly smiles and hellos. Circa maintenance is great too. Prompt when they can be and have made our stay at Circa a positive one.

    We’ve lived here for 4 years now and have really enjoyed it. The community is really well maintained. The office staff, concierge and maintenance are all excellent! They’re kind and clearly care about this place and the residents. Maintenance requests are done fast, issues are communicated well with the community (like if a garage gate breaks or the fire alarms went off), and it’s very clean. I’ve had no issues with insect invasions in 4 years, which is just a challenge in a humid area. The only ...
    challenge of the whole place, for us, is the game schedule. But, that cannot be helped, given the location. Overall they do a great job of warning us of street closures, which is all we can ask really! We have been very satisfied here and I’m glad we chose this as our first shared apartment together!
