November 18, 2025When I was moving in, I was told within the summer the phase 3 apartment complex was gonna look like phase one and phase 2. I’ve been living here since three years and still looks like phase 3 nothing like phase one or two and even then I think it’s getting more dangerous now.Property Manager Responded

Phase 3 needs attention
September 6, 2025Needs major work phase 3 is infested with roaches and wasp i keep seeing wasp in my bathroom i think there coming in through the vents roaches in every corner every time i flush my toilet theres a weird sound the bathroom door makes sound when opening it its alot that needs work for the rent being paidProperty Manager Responded
