Phase 3 needs attention

August 11, 2025Warning: Do Not Move to Circle at Point Park Apartments. This property is infested with roaches and rats. Management charges for pest control but doesn’t provide it. Maintenance is slow or nonexistent—my toilet was broken for two weeks, and I was left without a working restroom for an entire day. My mother in Phase H had rats, and management ignored her calls. Very polite and nice. Macario from maintenance crew is very knowledgeable about all things we had issues with. My tub is peeling, my ceiling is cracking, and we have a roach problem — yet no one comes to spray, even though we’re being charged.
