March 16, 2022Cirque is okay. Just ok. I was coming from another high rise in The Flats over at the Heights at Park Lane. There you actually feel like you're part of a community, they have a gorgeous club house for use, their pool actually stays in the sun until about 5pm, and the surrounding area has everything you could possibly want. Cirque is overpriced. The amenities are not all that, the pool is incredibly small and in the shade by 2pm at the latest. They charge an arm and a leg to reserve anything, ...and that's on top of the monthly amenity fee you're already paying. There was a fire last August and the halls are still stripped as I write this review in May. The sound proofing is poor, considering how much noise can come in from stadium and freeway traffic. Steve the concierge is constantly changing how many valet spots you're "allowed" to have. the lights in the units and in the hallways are entirely too bright and electric looking. Had to buy a bunch of warm light lamps just so I could drift to sleep without necessarily being in total darkness. Overall just not worth the money or hype.
