April 13, 2024Great location but this property is going downhill fast from neglect. A few examples I see daily or have experienced first hand: trash and dumped items, kids broken toys, tires, etc from residents not thoroughly picked up so end up polluting protected adjacent woods and wetlands; gutters falling off multiple buildings still have not been repaired for years causing washouts; downspouts just lying on the ground; dead trees and shrubs not replaced; no one has replied to my questions about garages ...for almost a year now; they don't enforce lease that is supposed to prevent upstairs neighbors from daily spilling of stuff (bird seed that attracts mice and bugs) from their balcony all over below renters balconies and clogging AC compressors below; parking markouts faded away and asphalt stained; plastic wood veneer on cabinets peeling off of these advertised "luxury apts"...leasing office tries to be helpful but maybe they are under-staffed? IDK and can only guess that maybe Inland corporate management is more concerned about their salary increases than beautifying their investment here? such a shame for this beautiful location!Property Manager Responded

Noisy! Dog friendly taken too far
October 5, 2022Beware any floor other than top. Sure pets are great, but try living with a medium/large dog above you chasing his toy from one end of the apt to the other on laminate floors! And unless you have someone above go out of their way to walk softly (good luck), even an average size person sounds like they're literally in your apt.Property Manager Responded

Great Setting - Horrible Management
August 3, 2021Apartments are beautiful. Setting is beautiful. Great dog parks. Rents have sky rocketed. Office staff is fine - but management is heinous. When the community was sold from Winn to Inland the entire place shot downward. They have implemented so many rules and regulations - its like living in a police state. The Asst Manager is HORRIBLE. I have no idea how Inland allows her to be in the position she is in. I dont dislike many people but I can truly say I am not a fan of hers - and SEVERAL other ...residents have expressed the same feeling about her.
