          Citizens House compound, amenities and apartment are modern and fabulous. Kitchen and bathroom fixtures are great and have plenty of cupboard space! All the rooms are also spacious. Place is quiet for the most part. Have not heard any disturbing noise. Parking is ok. I can always find a parking space. Have a good system for receiving and distributing your orders from Amazon, etc.--very easy to use and safe. Packages deliveries are safe--no stealing.

          I moved in beginning of February 2026 and I have been here now 4 going on 5 months. I still very much enjoy it here. It is quiet and peaceful. The only thing is when the thunderstorms hit, go head and prepare for power outages. I have T-mobile and so when the WiFi goes out I gotta leave my apartment to make a call or hunt for a sliver signal. When I say NO signal I mean like no bars, “SOS” shows where the bars and signal strength is suppose to show. The next “issue”, well sort of, is this ...
          Conservice thing. This is the utilities itemized listing. It comes in the mail or email. This thing had me confused. This is the thing that some say is “hidden fees”. It breaks down all the utilities that are in the leasing agreement. Some say it’s hidden but it’s not. It’s the breakdown of the utilities. It’s the part of the rent that can’t be calculated until after usage. After figuring that out I was cool. I still like it here.

          I moved in on May 15 with my husband, Tevin. We love our apartment. And fell more in love when we actually opened that front door ourselves. The property is so quiet throughout the day and the night. The leasing staff has been a pleasure. The apartment is beautiful and spacious (2B/2b). I know as I live here I am going to love it. We are very excited to be here.

          The lack of sound proofing is actually insane. I don’t understand why I can hear every single word my neighbors say. Maintenance and amenities are great, but not worth hearing neighbors conversations 24/7.
