January 30, 2025The staff have been great and are very professional! There are 2 issues though, one since the hurricanes, the key fobs will not work correctly on several doors. The request has been put in to have this fixed but the company who handles this has not fixed the issue. This is ridiculous for the type of luxury living that people are paying for. Doors not opening can be a big inconvenience. In addition, if you purchase Millennial renters' insurance, you have to purchase through a 3rd party called ...Lease Track. When applying, the Building #'s and the Unit #'s do not correspond correctly. Pick your correct Unit # then call Millennial and tell them your Exact Building with your Unit. Otherwise they will have listed the incorrect Building and you may not officially be covered. My opinion is a renter should not have to deal with these internal issues. These issues should have been corrected.Property Manager Responded

Love living here!
November 9, 2024I've lived since August 2023 and I absolutely love living here...Staff and Maintenance are top notch! During hurricanes they kept us informed and were very communicative, after storms had passed they worked to get the community back to normal as quickly as possible. Far from Luxury Living
October 5, 2022We moved in May 14, 2022. We were told that there would be Yoga, Spinning, Water Aerobics etc. We have seen none of it. We have some issues with our neighbors, we have email management, called, spoken to them in person and nothing has been done. We keep hearing at the end of the month, well nothing has changed. Lots of dogs here and not many pick up after them. There is no urgency on getting things fixed. The doors to buildings have not been secure since we moved in. Not luxury/poor quality construction/expensive
July 22, 2022Overpriced complex with poor quality construction. No soundproofing-neighbors above sound like elephants when they walk. Defective or broken items not maintained. Workmanship in units sub par with uneven and uncentered features. Rents crazy expensive. Building was sold to a new owner but no positive changes. No community functions to build camaraderie with neighbors. Pool/clubhouse area nice but you are not living there. Look elsewhere, you definitely do not get luxury living or your money’s ...worth here.Property Manager Responded

Absolutely awful !!!!
March 14, 2022Amenities are fewer than advertised. Elevators are broken again! ... and only one elevator per building ! Telephone calls to office go unanswered. Community blog hasn't been available for 6 weeks.(probably removed due to complaints). Construction of out buildings (restaurants, etc) is at a standstill. Look elsewhere .... there are much nicer apartments nearby. This place is only "Luxury" if your previous residence was a tent under an overpass.Property Manager Responded

Mediocre at best .... actual amenities don't match advertised

August 3, 2021When I visited Citria online I was super impressed by the amenities being offered. The staff has been great to deal with so far. The application can be done all online and was really easy. There were lots of floorplans to choose from and the staff was responsive.
