Love it here!!!
December 11, 2024I've lived here for almost 8 years and I must say that my family and I have enjoyed living here. I love that my 2 bedroom apartment is very cozy and has 2 bathrooms and 2 patios. The office staff, Bernie, Julie, and Elvira, are very friendly and helpful! When I have something that needs to get fixed in my apartment, the maintenance gets it gets done. The grounds look beautiful and are kept clean. I also want to mention that I have the best and most friendly neighbors!Property Manager Responded

Roach infested
April 9, 2021Apartment is infested with roaches .. had pest control offered by the apartments come twice and still horrible roach problem.. tried everything to get rid of them nothing works... apartment is only good to live in for a year after a year the place starts to fall apart .. tub is cracked .. outlets are being taken over my the roaches .. wall trimming is cracking .. pipes starting to leak .. only Good thing about it is the location , and easy access to parking lotProperty Manager Responded

BAD CUSTOMEE SERVICE
May 17, 2020Worst service ever, they don’t care if you have an emergency or a problem in your appartment. You have to go to report the problem more than once and when you go they just say okay okay, and if you are lucky they’ll come 1 month later to fix it but if you are not lucky they’ll come in 2 to 3 months.Property Manager Responded

August 5, 2018My family and I have been living here since 2011. We started with a 1 bedroom apartment, and eventually moved into their 2bedroom 2 bath. And I can honestly say there have been some major improvements, not only within the apartment, but with the apartment complex it self. The staff is extremely nice. Julie, Lucy, and Dee you girls are amazing. I also like that fact that if theres something that needs to be fixed, they make sure it gets done in a timely manner. September 17, 2015My family and I love our spacious updated apartment home! We have been living here for over a year now and we have had no issues! We enjoy using the fitness center and business center which is very useful to us but wished that it would stay open a little later. The office staff is wonderful they are very friendly and helpful! Also,the maintenance staff is great and when we put in a work order it is done on a timely manner. I would recommend this place to my friends and family.Review from Apartments.com
citrus garden luxury apartments
September 9, 2015The two bedroom apartment is OK size. rooms are decent size walk in closet is not big at all.but still a good size(one bedroom apartment has a bigger one.) Kitchen is good in size. However living room is small. You get two balconies. Plus a storage area in 1st balconie.(that's always a plus) 2 bathrooms (always a plus) nothing luxurious about these apartments. Curtains are old and always falling .when you tell the office they sent out Maintenance but all they do is use the same curtain flip it ...over punch a Hole on bottom and re use it. Cabinets are all rotten and when u call office to fix it they just repaint same cabinet. Every time you shower bathroom walls get mildew. These apartment are infested with roaches. Rent goes up every month. And they are always shutting water off for maintenance every week. Laundry room is closed on Sundays when it's supposed to be open. And you don't get hot water. Great Value
August 24, 2015Located around other apartment complexes, this is definitely the nicest looking complex out of all the ones on the block. Deluxe apartments are renovated and have granite counters and cabinets with crown molding. Very well maintained landscaping and pool/spa area. Everyone on staff is always so helpful and friendly. W/D on site, gated entry, covered parking, and overall value for the price you pay definitely sets this complex apart from others in the vicinity. Our two bedroom apartment even has ...two 9' X 5' balconies, one for the living room and the other for the master bedroom! Some cons: only one assigned parking spot (typical of SoCal apartments - but this complex has plenty of other covered parking, you always get to park inside the complex), not able to pay rent in cash or a regular bank check (only money orders and cashier's check), and located right next train tracks (this has never once bothered me).Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

August 13, 2015They Raise The Rent Every 6 MONTHS , They Have Good Service But They Shout Off The Water Too Much And They Need To Fix There Parking Spots , Also There Cameras Don't Work They Stole My Dad's Car From The Gate Apartments And They Say There were not responsible for it they didn't even help my dad with nothing .... we are struggling with the hot water too only in the morning is hot but not in the afternoon and I think is a small place...Review from Apartments.com
