This is home
January 18, 2025I have been a resident here for going on 6 years. Katie was and still is the manager and she shows it. The grounds are cleaned daily, the events are plentiful and pleasant. She knows how to make this community come together during the times that are special for everyone. She is fair and honest, and will handle problems as soon as she can. The maintenance men are also attentive and will do what it takes to fix things and solve any issues that are reported. We started in a one bedroom unit, and ...when the time was right, she allowed us to move into a larger unit to accommodate our growing family needs. I am grateful that she gave us a chance as a young family, and allowed us to grow here. The location is on point and is close to everything that you would want. The schools are also great, which if you are a parent is important. The inside of the apartments are modern, clean, spacious, and quiet. They recently upgraded the windows and they look great. I recommend this apartment for anyone looking for a great place to raise kids, or to just find a nice home feeling place to live.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Great Place
October 29, 2024Been living here for short time but great environment. Only downfall is a lot of people have pets and do not pick up after them. So a lot of dog poop left on the grass and side walk. Management works hard to clean sidewalks but residents make it dirty again. Fairly quiet nothing crazy ever happens. Parking is fair. Close to freeways.Review from Apartments.com

September 1, 2024Management does an excellent job at keeping grounds in order. If you have an issue management is prompt to respond. Usually within 48 hours issue is remedied. Residency & Great Living
August 28, 2024We've been residents here for a few years now and the community is really great. The manager, Katie, is very attentive and sends out important reminders, she's really nice and understanding. Maintenance has always been attended to as well. Recently, they installed new windows which is nice. The laundry is easy to use and pretty convenient. Everyone is respectful to quiet hours as well and the apartments are close to convient places like Target, Planet Fitness, and Sprouts! And plenty of food ...places next to the apartments too. I haven't had any problems living here, aside from entrance/exit gate problems, but they tend to get fixed the same day. Oh! I love living here
August 19, 2024The location, the garden and the people; this is what I love about Citrus Park Apartments. Quiet neighborhood that's pet friendly and family filled. We have holiday gatherings by the pool, my nieces favorite time is the Halloween meet up where the kids get to knock all the doors and tick or treat safely! Katie the property manager prides in always keeps the grounds clean and safe for everyone. Love it!
December 18, 2020I really like it here. It's a community environment and the apartment is spacious and the grounds are maintained well. Most neighbors are friendly and cordial. And, if I've had any issues with My apartment, the management quickly responds and rectifies the problem; but any issues I've had have been minor. The management is also super easy and friendly to deal with. It's also esthetic to the eyes. And, there's parking and laundry rooms that are easily accessible. Going down hill
December 13, 2019Well let me start by saying that this is not a smoke free apartment complex. Ever since the new manager came in at the beginning of the year its gone downhill. She is rude! she talks to you like you are bothering her. The new manager sits on her porch to smoke. There is always people smoking on their porches and in the parking lot. I can't have my windows open without having all that smoke coming in my apartment and it also comes in thru your air conditioner vents. The washer and dryers look old ...and are always breaking. We love living here, lots of accessible places to go, shopping, Cortez park & fire department right across the street. Freeway & transit accessibility really close by. A variety of schools to choose from, elementary, high school & College near by. Our complex is pet friendly. With this heat, you gotta take a dip in our pool.
