September 20, 2025It's been a year and still counting with no issues, prompt at resolving service request, and also good communication. However, I would like to pay my rent using my bank account as payment method the card charges are too high, tried adding my account details but I could see it shows card payment accepted only I have used my bank account for many months it's of recent card payments are only accepted. (Zero star) Extremely Disappointed – Poor Communication and Unfair Treatment
September 5, 2025(Zero star) Extremely Disappointed – Poor Communication and Unfair Treatment I had a deeply frustrating experience with the leasing team at City Parc Apartments. My application was rejected on the false grounds that I delayed uploading documents, despite me providing “clear evidence from the verification team they mentioned me to get in touch with(was told that they mentioned I delayed)” that my application and income verification were completed on time and met all the necessary income ...requirements. When I tried to get clarification, “the leasing staff and the relationship manager kept pointing fingers at other teams saying verification team or screening team or accountant in City Parc “ without giving me a straight or professional answer. My emails went largely ignored, and when I followed up in person, I was “met with rudeness and humiliation, which added unnecessary emotional stress. What’s worse is that “I was never contacted with a valid reason for the rejection”, nor was I refunded the $215” I paid in application and admin fees – even though “the error was clearly not on my side”. This lack of accountability and empathy is completely unacceptable. For comparison, I applied at another apartment complex shortly after and was “approved within two days” without any issues – using the “same documents, income, and background”. That just proves how unjustified City Parc’s rejection was. This experience has left a lasting negative impression, and I sincerely hope others think twice before dealing with this property. I can never forget how it left an impact on me mentally and financially.Property Manager Responded
