Weekly Car tires/catalytic converters stolen
April 3, 2026In the last 6 months there has constantly been cars sitting in cinder blocks with tires being stolen. It’s gotten to the point where I honestly have to anticipate it might be my car every morning I go out to my car. The management company does next to nothing to address this. August 28, 2025I have enjoyed living here at City Park so far. It has been mostly quiet although I am away from home 12 hours a day. I wish the third floor apartments had carpet because it can be loud at times if you're not use to living beneath someone.Property Manager Responded

April 15, 2025I highly recommend City Park to anyone looking for an apartment in the Heights! The location is fantastic, which access to bars, restaurants and cafes in walking distance. It is a quiet apartment complex and the management staff are extremely helpful when any help is needed. The pool, gym and dog park are great additions to the amenities. June 10, 2024This is my 7th year living at this complex. The amenities and the staff just keep getting better. I had and an old dog and would sometime have to walk him at 3:00 a.m., and it would feel just as safe as if I was walking him during the day. The complex is well lit and I have never had any problems. And I frequently had to walk my elderly dog in the early morning hours.Review from Apartments.com

Staff needs to be reminded every single visit of any concerns - they do not bother to remember any details even within 24 hours, and it is obvious that they are lying to my face when they ask for details because "the system doesn't have it on-file."Property Manager Responded

The pool and landscape is beautiful, the staff has been friendly, open and efficient and the location is optimal with major access roads but also quiet and easy access to eateries in the Heights.
