August 28, 2025I have enjoyed living here at City Park so far. It has been mostly quiet although I am away from home 12 hours a day. I wish the third floor apartments had carpet because it can be loud at times if you're not use to living beneath someone.Property Manager Responded

It is a quiet apartment complex and the management staff are extremely helpful when any help is needed. The pool, gym and dog park are great additions to the amenities. June 10, 2024This is my 7th year living at this complex. The amenities and the staff just keep getting better. I had and an old dog and would sometime have to walk him at 3:00 a.m., and it would feel just as safe as if I was walking him during the day. The pool and landscape is beautiful, the staff has been friendly, open and efficient and the location is optimal with major access roads but also quiet and easy access to eateries in the Heights.
