Pros: - Cheap - utilities included!!!! - Walking distance to bars/downtown - Super responsive/friendly manager - Great appliances and high ceilings. - Carpet (some units) is SUPER comfy to walk on and clean Cons: - Motorcycles love to blast by late at night (outside walls are a little thin, so its easy to hear them)Review from Apartments.com
