Terrible place to live!!!!!
January 29, 2020The owner lacks integrity and is money hungry! Rent increases 10% annually. Management doesn’t answer the phones. If something needs to be repaired, you’re better off doing it yourself. If you enjoy being blocked in your parking stall be maintenance workers and okay with them parking in your stall, then this maybe the place for you. If I could give them 0 stars I would.Review from Apartments.com
Used to be GREAT, now just, meh...
September 7, 2015This USED to be a GREAT complex. Tenants needs were taken care of immediately, and maintenance was on the ball. Now, management seems to not be concerned with the tenants, only about raising the rent every year, and enforcing an ever increasing set of "rules". Still, it has two maintained pools, though they covered and disabled the hot tubs, and removed all the large shade trees. You're only allowed to park one vehicle inside the complex parking, which is inadequate, and there is limited street ...parking. The only small wall A/C unit in the living room is completely inadequate as the complex is poorly insulated, so the bed rooms are unusable on those 100 degree days. They do keep it clean, and the 2 laundry rooms are maintained, and it's close to Bart and shopping. It's an alright place to live, but you can probably do better for the rent they now charge with a little looking around.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
