Spent a year of hell here..Staff was not professional.Other renters were horrible.could NEVER get anything fixed in the apartment,upon moving they tried to charge us for the things we requested they fix.Apartment was cleaned when we moved out,but they sent us a bill for cleaning..All bills were paid when we left,then they tried to charge us more rent..They keep changing management..Luckily I took lots of pictures and video,don't let them try to screw you.For what they charge,which is different ...
every month,Find someplace nice..Oh and there is mold in the apartments..

Over-priced junk apartments

Over-priced from the jump and they still have the nerve to add more fees later on. Hot water does t work 80% of the time, there was a roach infestation in the first unit they tried to move us into, and nothing has been properly renovated in maybe a decade from my guess. Another apartment complex that exists purely to take money from people who have no other choices to take.

I've been here 1 yr. in that time all the office staff and maintenance staff have have been great. they all have been friendly. turned in 2 or 3 work orders for minor problems and they got right on them. great job .only reason i'am moving , on fixed income cant afford the rent increase. highly recomend this apt place.

A very pleasant place to live. It's quiet, the landscaping is well maintained, the admin responds quickly to any inquiry, and the neighbors are friendly (within Covid restrictions). I've enjoyed my stay here and would recommend it.

Not what I thought

This apartment is okay because they was all cool at first with getting you moved in. But then jack up your rent every month randomly they up charger for so much unnecessary stuff which they add in rent. Other than that I guess they okay one of the ladies in the office is rude the other two are okay . But I wouldn’t recommend this for a long term stay for your first place.

I have lived here for a year and do not plan on moving. When you call with any issue or just to comment or for information, they are right on it. All the employees here are awesome - especially Shawna, she helped me when i came to rent and made it effortless. Great people live here have made lots of friends, and met even more at the cookouts and pool parties. Everything is well maintained and we are even getting a full facelift the summer that is looking super. The pools - we have 2 and the ...
common areas are well kept. Couldn't ask for a better place.
