December 28, 2025We love the building and have been here for over 5 years, but it unfortunately has a roach problem and it’s gotten worse. They typically would come spray but just recently stopped using the pest company. They now do it themselves but we can no longer get our apartment sprayed since the new pesticide they use is not pet safe and we have two cats. It definitely makes us reconsider resigning a lease.Property Manager Responded

December 18, 2025The location is very convenient and truly feels like a great neighborhood. Overall, I enjoy living in this building — having easy access to nearby businesses and being close to the Riverwalk is a big plus for walks and leisure time. However, the common areas and amenities could really use some updates. Hallway carpets and walls need some care, and the gym would benefit from better cleaning and maintenance. Rent increases during renewals are quite high, and a more moderate adjustment would be ...appreciated, especially in the current market.Property Manager Responded
