December 8, 2025I’ve been here five years and couldn’t be happier with the management and maintenance team. The building is always immaculate—hallways cleaned daily, elevators spotless, and the grounds beautifully kept year-round. Any request, big or small, is handled promptly and professionally; most repairs are completed same-day or next morning. The staff are friendly, remember your name, and genuinely care about residents’ comfort. Communication is excellent—quick email responses and clear updates on any ...building work. July 20, 2025I’ve really enjoyed my time living at Cityfront Place. The location is unbeatable—right in Streeterville, steps from the Riverwalk, Navy Pier, and Michigan Avenue.
