The leasing office is amazing , especially Anne, who goes above and beyond to assist residents. The maintenance staff is incredibly responsive and always so nice.     I moved into CitySide in Nov 2021. It's a fantastic place to live. Residents are friendly and welcoming. Staff is helpful in every way. Everyone is nice. Maintenance is impeccable. I never see any kind of garbage, dirt, junk etc anywhere. Pool is beautiful including the private dog park. They have lots of fun things to do, i.e. concerts, food truck, free brunch on Sat. It took me awhile to get in. That is because Noone leaves! Highly recommend.

    Not a place to live for younger people to live in. Should really only consider if you are older and retired. Very nice amenities, however you can only use them if you abide by very strict rules. If not, you can expect exorbitant fines in addition to the already very expensive rent.

    The building is new, beautiful and well maintained. The staff runs the building like a five star resort. They are so attentive. When I arrived at the start of my lease I was exhausted and just wanted to sleep. When I awoke I found that Tamera, who is the leasing manager had personally taken all of my packages that arrived just prior to me and stacked them at my door. You can’t beat that dedication. Some of those boxes were very heavy. This has been a boon. I would give ten stars if I could.
