Since new management has stepped in it has been horrible. Management doesn't return phone calls, nor do they assist with your request. Every time you call with the same question you get a different answer. Never the same answer. When you request to speak with the manager, she is always in a meeting or away from her desk.
I tried to transfer to a larger apartment and paid the deposit, then was denied! They took my deposit from the apartment and took the funds! They did not return the ...

They are typically applied to the account or refunded after move-out, provided the apartment is left in good condition with no damages.
