The website doesn't do the property justice. Step into the office and you'll have an immediate sense of "Welcome home!" The leasing team is kind, professional, and hospitable. The property has great amenities and is a stellar location with close proximity to everything you might need in your day to day life. The property is well maintained and there's a definite sense of home and exceptional living.

Although the Clarendon is beautiful and most people are friendly, the management could respond to emails quicker and I think we need to interview people before offering them an apartment. It smells like weed a lot even though smoking is not allowed.

I love living in my apartment at the Clarendon. The office is ever so responsive and courteous. My apartment has all the amenities that I require. The courtyard outside my window is more than beautiful. I cannot imagine, living anywhere else.
