My Spacious "Like-A-Guest-House" One Bedroom

My apartment was built above a 4-car carport. No one lives above me, on either side of me, or below me. Therefore, I can practice my music day or night, without upsetting neighbors. It's almost like a guest house, as my apartment is behind a duplex and hidden from the street. My living room is spacious, approximately 20 X 24, and my bedroom is almost as large. There are storage closets and cabinets between my bedroom and living room, and there are even more cabinets in my bedroom. The apartment ...
has large windows that allow in much light, so it's cheerful. There's a lovely vanity area in my bedroom, as well as two walk-in closets. Outside, my neighbors and I share a nice yard, where my little Maltese and Maltese-ShihTzu dogs can play. I've lived here for 13 years and though it's a lovely place to reside, the rent keeps going up 10% every year. It's getting exorbitant to live here! I'm exasperated by the cost.
