Absolutely disgusting

They have a horrible rat infestation that they are not willing to address. When I say we catch at least 2-3 rats every night in this apartment I have personally killed 12 in my apartment in the last week and they won't even removed them once you've caught them or fix the 7 holes they have created in my kitchen bathroom and children's bedroom. I call to complaining and they tell me they don't have enough maintenance people but that's really not my problem I expect to not live with rats coming in ...
and out of my home and I can't even start on the roaches they are in the walls so you can't get rid of them no matter what you do..driving past the trash before 6 am and there are literally hundreds of rats at the trash area and there is only once place to take out your trash in the whole apartment complex and it is always overflowing and disgusting..the staff changes every couple of months and they just keep getting more and more disrespectful and nonchalantly dismissing your maintenance issues they nailed all the windows down so I can't open any windows in my apartment...they were nice when I moved in but once they get their money your on your own...I am literally listening to rats crawling in my walls as I am typing this it is absolutely disgusting and horrifying experience for me and my family my kids can't even sleep at night because there are rats trying to eat through the walls at night I keep filling holes and they keep making more I don't know what else to do except leave..

We had a issues with rodent problem but under need staffing getting over control and my AC was fixed in 24hr the maintenance staff is so better now due to management!!

From the leasing office constantly changing management, lack of customer service. They don’t know how to talk to you. Bugs on top of bugs on top of bugs! Appliances are trash! They want you to keep you end of the lease agreement but give you the run around to fix standard things in your unit like a whole bathroom! I hate it here and I cannot wait for my new complex to call and tell me our unit is ready.
