March 31, 2025I have lived in 6 different apartments in my life so far, and at almost all of them I have had to deal with egregious noise issues from my neighbors. It was not until I moved to Broadstone Claro that they took my complaints seriously, went above and beyond any measure I had seen before, and actually resolved the issue. Never before, in any of the previous apartments I've lived in, has my noise complaint issue been resolved, which is why I've lived in 6 apartments because I never stay due to the ...noise issue and the lack of accountability from the management. June 10, 2024I’ve been here several months now, and I literally wake up every day feeling gratitude for my new home here at the Broadstone Claro. Aesthetics are very important to me, and I love walking into the lobby and seeing how clean, sophisticated and stylish it is. I see the cleaning crew mopping the floors and cleaning the lobby area every morning on my way out to walk my dog. The gym is well equipped with towels to use while you work out. Little touches suck as doggie treats, the fully automatic ...espresso machine, and all of the amazing little sitting areas in the lobby help ti make us feel cared for and appreciated as tenants. I love it here and would highly recommend it to others who want an upscale and welcoming place to call home.Property Manager Responded
