Great management
September 4, 2025I moved my daughter from South Texas to West Palm Beach, Florida, and when I arrived at Clear Lake Apartments the management team of Maria and Marissa made the transition seamless! They immediately got Caesar on board and had the apartment clean,everything repaired, and replaced the old appliances with softly used Appliances in her apartment! Any concerns we had were immediately addressed and fixed before we could even open a box! I’m glad we chose clear lake for my daughter‘s new home. She’s in ...good hands! No problems, but I did have a few bumps
February 8, 2020I can't speak for everyone, Both the leasing ladies are wonderful, they are super friendly and helpful. They made my second time moving a great experience. Maintenance guy, is always super busy, but he get the job done when he can, I can't complain. When you need something fix they will get to it, people don't realize that, there are a lot of tenants so it takes time. My ac was out on a Thursday, guy came by and it was fixed on Saturday. The HOA wasn't bad either; I had issues with the security ...company, they had towed my car, after I had permission to park in there, but the HOA did a investigation in to the matter, 4 weeks later I got a check for my towing fees. Great place for the price you pay. Just beware of parking and leaving the complex, cars block the street, so you can’t see when a car is coming. Other than that I gave them a 4 stars, because once again I didn't have any issues. I just wish they offered washer/dryer in unit. I would have stayed here.Property Manager Responded

I had no issues, but I had a few bumps
February 8, 2020I love both the women that worked inside the leasing office; they are super sweet and kind. If you need anything, they get it done within a reasonable time. I had no issues with them or the HOA. However, the security company had my car towed, after I was permitted to park inside. Once I told them up front what had happened, the HOA took care of that; I was able to get my money back after four weeks once I got my money back. It's an excellent place for the price they offer, but sadly I am moving ...to a place that provides a washer/dryer in the unit. If they had housing like that, I would stay, but they don't. Neighbors were a messy as hell ( not their fault) Parking is crazy (can't see the roads sometimes cars are blocking the street. Be careful leaving the complex; make sure you look both ways in and outside of the complex. People drive recklessly in that area.)Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

If that was not enough, the place has an overall 'trashy' feeling, just check the laundry area, trash containers, landscape and pool area. Worst place to stay at
March 20, 2019The security staff are lazy and don't know how to talk to people. They don't do they job but sleep and tow people's car. The condominium should not be considered hoa certified they never ever do they job. If I had knew that living here would be hell I would of never rented from them. June 26, 2018This is the worst apatment i ever rented. Mold everywhere, no security, no gym/ fitness center. Just the other day someone got killed here& yesterday i was trying to get out of my apartment around 2pm but couldn’t because police were everywhere doing a drug bust. One of the best locations closed to the Downtown and the Outlets and next to I-95
October 12, 2016Living in the Clear Lake Community for 4 years and it is one of the most secure area and community. The management and maintenance in the property they are constantly working to get the property in great conditions. The apartment is great with a large bedrooms and walking closets. No security and terrible Maintenence
August 12, 2016The security at this place is lazy, they ride around all day on their behinds and barely do any work. They don't even check cars when they come in the gate. There are homeless people jumping the gates living the the vacant units. The police is called to the complex several times a month. The people in the office look after their own kind. November 12, 2018Our Security Officers were changed it long time ago. No homeless people enter in the community. We do have security cameras in the Place all over addition to our new Security guards on the place. The maintenance in the apartment is available to all our residents unless you are renting a private owner and we do not have accesss to the apartment.

Moldy and broken apartment and Bad customer service
November 18, 2015Clear Lake apartment at 401 executive drive in west Palm beach, FL is the worse apartment I have ever lived in. The entire apt is full of mold and all walls, roof, doors are broken. The lady at the front desk is very rude and they also fake residents' signatures on other documents that they never signed. All they care about is charging $1200 a month and refuse to repair the place. I will report this apartment to Better Business Bureau for further investigation. AlandProperty Manager Responded
March 23, 2018We give to our customers all the apartments in great conditions and in the move in inspection we take pictures and video of how it was give to the new tenant the property. We have the maintenance service 24 hours to repair.

We are not the same company perhaps, you have a bad experience in one of their units but we are no the same owner of the apartment that you Rent in the community of Clear Lake Palms. Unbearable
August 8, 2015This is the most grotesque apartment I've ever rented. The place has a stintch of mold and re appears frim time to time inthe shower since I've been here and the landlord keeps hiring his family to inspect it only to say there is no mold. The central ac unit leaks onto wires from the ceiling in my sons room which leaves a puddle and could cause a fire. To top it off he jacked up the rent $50 because I complained to much.. I can't afford to just up and move... Help!Property Manager Responded
