Very disappointed and do not recommend
May 23, 2018After a crazy year of living in these townhouses, we were very disappointed with a lot of the things that happened. The parking is terrible, with not enough spaces for everyone and people were parking on the side of the garages or even in front of the garages blocking people from even accessing them. At times blocking cars in so that it was very difficult to back out of the parking spaces. Spoke to management numbers of times about it but nothing ever changed. The kids run wild and are very loud. ...They play basketball, football, soccer and ride their bikes all around your cars. Both of our cars have been damaged from living there and nothing was ever done about it. They just put letters in peoples doors regarding these things and that never changed anything. People were doing drugs in their townhouses and we had to smell it through the vents many times and it would always stink up our house. After living there for a year they raised our rent. All they care about is money, and do not the families that live there. Poor business practices
November 16, 2017Was excited to rent these town homes but 2 days after I signed the papers the garage in front of my expected apartment burned down. I didn't feel comfotable moving in anymore and asked for a refund of my security deposit. They said they would do refunds within 72 hours of depositing. I called within that time frame. I called the head management. Never got all call back. Nobody would give me a refund and no one got back to me. I was out $300 and pregnant. Do Not Recommend
September 27, 2015I would not recommend this apartment to anyone. It is not worth the money that you pay for it. There are also children all over the place. They play in the parking lots so that it makes it almost impossible to drive anywhere. They are not very helpful and maintenance tries to lie/cover things up. We had an outlet that would shut off when we tried to run the microwave and they kept telling us that that is how the kitchen outlets were supposed to be. We contacted a fire marshall and he told us that ...having an outlet like that was dangerous and could cause a fire. We had to threaten to call the fire marshall on the complex in order to have them bring someone in to fix it correctly.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
