It is an okay apartment. The location is the best thing about it. Make sure you bug bomb it once a week or you will see bugs. And careful about being on the first floor there was someone looking in my bedroom window once.

  Thank you for your feedback and review! H2 plans four quarterly pest treatments a year for the inside and outside of our buildings, including the insides of our apartments. If you needed more pest sprays, or if you had chronic issues, you simply could have let us know so we could set up a more intense treatment. For the first floor, especially for apartments that are street-facing, it is important for residents to ensure they close their blinds if they feel uncomfortable with other residents passing by, or locals, looking into their apartment. We hope that you reached out to us about this instance.
