August 11, 2015I have lived in this complex for 17 years. The grounds are immaculate. The maintenance workers are fantastic. The property manager will handle your request and schedule it right away. I feel safe living here. You can take walks at night around the complex without worrying. The apartments could be a little more up-to-date for the tenants who have been here for a very long time. That is minor compared to the reasonable rents and maintenance of the property. The complex is within walking distance to ...the bus to New York, the bus to Newark Penn Station and the train to Hoboken or New York Penn Station.
