Almost a year in and a happy resident
October 16, 2023This place is quiet, clean and close to everything. Maintenance could use some work, I requested work be done on my front door since it doesn't sit snuggly in the frame, but nothing was done about it. Annoying but not the worst thing they could ignore. The units are impressively sound proof and while no in-unit laundry sucks, it's located directly behind a laundromat if you don't want to do it in the building. Other tennants are polite and respectful. I've never felt unsafe living here. Overall, ...happy with my unit and living here! The club house and gym is nice but I never use them.Property Manager Responded

January 1, 2020I moved here nov and I love it. The apartments are nice all remodeled, the manager in the office she’s wonderful, any problems and she’s on it. I feel comfortable leaving my teenage daughter at home while I work and I don’t worry about other tenants. Highly recommend now.Review from Apartments.com

December 7, 2019We lived in this apartment community before they bought it and started renovations. We just moved into a new, renovated unit. I'll be able to give better feedback after we get settled and have lived there for a little while.
