This place is a headache
April 24, 2021I have lived here for 3 years and it just keeps getting worse. The management don’t answer your emails at all! Not to mention the horrible loud neighbors! If you like to hear people scream and stomp around at all hours then move here! Also they hire people off the street to do work in the building. Very unsafe! The olice have been called so many times it’s horrible. My assigned parking spot is always taken by someone who doesn’t live there. All this and they just raised rent! February 10, 2017Within the last few months we got a new property management company take over. They are not professional at all!!! There is trash everywhere from them doing "remodeling" in which the units look the same and the walls and floors are still extremely thin. There has been old blinds and trash outside and inside the building and they refuse to clean it up. They clean the halls maybe once every couple of months-some lady comes and vacuums loudly in the early morning on weekends. On top of this, they ...have the nerve to go up on the rent on all the tenants. It's not worth the price!
